**Service Now Product Owner**
Our Australian Federal Government client is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for the fit for purpose design of products and solutions across a range of work packages. The Product Owner will work with the director of Product Management and other key stakeholders to oversee the adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.
- 12 Month initial contract with likely extension
- Hybrid working arrangements
- ACT based
**About The role**:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and translate them into product requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design the solution components in accordance with scope and associated parameters, ensuring the design is user centric and fit for purpose from product development to release.
- Maintain a strategic lens across the entire program of work to streamline the end user experience across integration points.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on progress and identify risks and solutions for mitigation as required.
- Uplift capability through training, knowledge and awareness activites around the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop, prioritise and implement the backlogs of work that align to the strategic direction of the project.
**About you**:
- Significant experience in product development and/or as a Business Analyst.
- Experience designing and or implementing modules of ServiceNow in a large organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and arguments to a variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to harness information, exercise sound judgement and make recommendations under pressure.
- Designing ServiceNow implementations in a Australian Government (federal or state) organisation
- Designing technical program level activities with ServiceNow partners in a collaborative agile delivery approach
- Experience as Technical lead in large ServiceNow platform implementations
- Certification in ServiceNow design or implementation eg Application Specialist, Architect, implementor or System Administrator
