**Driver**

The role of the delivery driver is to adhere to driving schedules to ensure internal and external customers are delivered quality product on time, every time. This full-time position with Australia’s leading lamb processor is a rewarding position, with the satisfaction of working in a stable team environment.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery the from the ALC site in Sunshine to the Western Suburbs
- Assure compliance with safety, standardized work
- Report any problems to the Manager / Supervisor
- Respond in a timely manner to problems reported by customers - do not let any quality problems go further.
- Assist to monitor daily, and weekly delivery requirements
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Be flexible with time - depending on deliveries
- Communicate changes with specific personnel
- Daily truck and trailer checks. Any issues are to be reported to Maintenance.
- Carry out other tasks and roles as required by the Manager / Supervisor to meet company objectives and ensure policies are adhered to

- 2 years experience in a similar role
- **Qualifications**:

- Drivers Licence
- Heavy Combination Licence
- Valid Forklift licence

**Additional Information**

This is a full-time position. Hours are flexible and will be negotiated with the Manager as per department requirements. Remuneration will be dependent on knowledge and skill.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- MC Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
