This is a high profile, nationally significant project for Australia and is overseen by an independent Board.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Projects and Commercial, this is a unique opportunity to join & support a small dynamic team.
Providing critical support to the team you will contribute to the success of a large program of work. The role will manage project governance, including scheduling meetings, preparation of agendas, collation of meeting packs, taking of minutes, and follow up of actions. You will manage project reporting, preparing future governance meetings, including collation of items for consideration. You will also prepare packs and documents to support major governance, projects and stakeholder meetings. You will work with the team across office locations to ensure consistency of materials for various meetings and governance forums, and provide efficient file and document access as required.
