Work within our local community supporting the great work of the Women's House
- This part time role 10 hours per week

**The Position**:
In this role you will support the work of the Women's House, making it possible for often vulnerable and isolated women with children, or older women with physical limitations, attend programs that aim to empower, build confidence and strengthen families. It may also include driving and support for clients on regular group outings.

You will may also be required to assist with shopping, basic food preparation and other kitchen duties. Most importantly you will have a critical role in making vulnerable women feel safe and welcome, supported and respected.

Given the client group we support you must enjoy working with children and older women.

**To Be Successful in this Position You Will Have**:

- Full driver’s licence with a number of years of driving experience.
- A calm and caring outlook with a demonstrated ability to engage respectfully.
- An enthusiasm and comfort working with people from many different backgrounds and cultures.
- Patience and flexibility in your approach to work.
