**The Role**
As the Principal Project Manager - Hydrogeologist, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of the subsurface dam. Your expertise in hydrogeology, environmental science, and geology, combined with your project management skills, will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing essential field works, data interpretation, groundwater modelling, regulatory assessments, coordination of sub-consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring project scoping, budget control, and timely completion

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize project management skills to ensure successful project delivery, including scoping, budget control, planning, and resource coordination
- Conduct essential field works to define hydraulic properties of the site
- Interpret data and perform groundwater modelling to support decision-making
- Conduct water regulatory assessments, including water allocation plans and Groundwater Dependent Ecosystem aspects
- Coordinate sub-consultants and subcontractors
- Stay updated with advancements in hydrogeological assessment technologies and research

**Key Criteria**
- Degree in hydrogeology, environmental science, geology, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of hydrogeological work experience, including team management
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Solid understanding of essential field works and hydraulic property assessments
- Proficiency in data interpretation, conceptualization, and groundwater modelling
- Knowledge of water regulatory requirements and assessments
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
