Service Advisor

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team. Your role will involve:

- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Preparing estimates, quotations and explaining repair work clearly.
- Coordinating with mechanics to ensure timely job completion.
- Managing bookings, invoices, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a similar role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of vehicle repairs and services in automotive (advantageous).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and invoicing software.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve/exceed targets.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanic: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
