**Day Rehabilitation Team Lead**

The Day Rehab Team Lead will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families, and to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.

**Position Summary**:

- The Day Rehabilitation Team Leader is responsible for managing and leading a team of therapists and support staff in providing rehabilitation services to patients.
- The Team Leader will be the point of contact for all stockholders and will ensure that all services and activities are provided in a timely, organized, and professional manner.
- This individual will work closely with the Allied Health Managers to ensure the program is running smoothly and providing the best care to patients.
- The Day Rehab Team Lead will be required to be available for work at least 4 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the day rehabilitation program
- Ensure that the program is running efficiently and providing high-quality care to patients
- Supervise and train staff members, including therapists, nurses, and support staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and the efficiency of operations
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate with patients and their families to ensure that they understand the treatment process and the goals of the program
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on the program's performance
- Assist Allied Health Managers for program development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, such as nursing or occupational therapy
- At least 2 years of experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
- Experience leading and supervising a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA
- Availability to work at least 4 days per week

**Requirements**:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
