We are looking for a vibrant and experienced Shop Team Leader to join our Home, Fashion + Gifts team. The role is ideal for a professional and enthusiastic retail superstar who can come onboard and hit the ground running. This flexible role offers 4 or 5 days per week with the option to work either every Saturday or alternate weekends.
- previous retail experience in a similar setting
- excellent staff management and leadership skills
- outstanding sales and merchandising skills
- a passion for fashion, giftware, and home décor
