As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Cert III and Diploma Early Childhood Educators** to join our close-knit and supportive team in **Mascot, NSW**. We have opportunities for both **Permanent**and **Fixed-term** contract available.

**As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will include the following**:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus on providing an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

**What we are looking for**
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
- Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
