Airport West, Australia Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take orders in a timely and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area and counter space
- Assist in the preparation of food and drinks
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, kitchen staff and management
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as floor staff or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills

**Salary**: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
