Crusoe's On The Lake located within Lake Macquarie Yacht Club is seeking a 2IC as a strong support to work along with management, kitchen and the team and lead by example.

The 2IC assumes the responsibility for management of the operations of the restaurant, overseeing the team whilst driving culture and upholding team workflow in place and along side the restaurant manager.

Working in service on shift to oversee the smooth and efficient running of service across café, dining and functions services.
- Relevant experience 1-2 years supervising/ managing teams in a similar environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Show initiative and drive to constantly improve the business, yourself, and the our cohesive team.
- Provide training to new and existing staff.
- Be reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on all weekends and any other days when you have to step in.
- Have a calm approach with a 'hands on' attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with money handling, daily till reconciliation and the opening and closing of the venue.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Belmont, NSW 2280: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
