We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team based at our new site in Penrith. You will have skills and experience in either Horticulture, Construction, Landscaping or Fencing. This role needs a desire to be on the tools alongside our young people, while delivering high quality projects for our customers and meeting contractual obligations. You will understand the skills and behaviours to instil in young people and will be extremely motivated and encouraging.

**your role will include**:

- Leading and mentoring young trainees on simple construction projects including fencing, horticulture and landscaping
- Collaborating with youth workers to provide enhanced support and guidance
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications and schedules
- Meeting contractual specifications and scheduling requirements
- Promoting a positive Workplace Health and Safety culture

**you will bring**:

- passion, commitment and belief in young people
- a relevant qualification in either Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, Construction, Landscaping, Fencing or similar
- demonstrated knowledge of WHS requirements
- excellent communication skills to build relationships with our trainees and customers
- current white card and first aid certificate or ability to obtain
