**120-bed** modern Aged Care residence in Bendigo, Victoria.

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work as their Clinical Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of their large, modern Aged Care facility. This opportunity will have you working alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care.

**The role**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 120-bed Aged Care facility in Bendigo, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Manager
- Earn a competitive salary up to $120,000 + salary packaging

- Lead a team of experienced RNs, EENs, care and support staff
- **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A CARE MANAGER REQUIRED**:

**Requirements/Skills**
- **Current AHPRA registration**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 3 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
