Demand Analyst

Based at our Head Office in Adelaide, the **Demand Analyst** is an integral member of our Group-wide Supply Chain Team that has global reach and plays a critical role in the organisations’ ability to service a diverse customer portfolio, across multiple products sourced from our manufacturing facilities in Adelaide, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and India.
More specifically you will:

- Develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts for the business
- Maintain, develop and improve demand and inventory systems, policies and processes
- Maintain Inventory parameters to support continuity of supply
- Work collaboratively with sales and operations stakeholders to ensure current and accurate forecasting information is utilised for demand forecasts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for all supply chain activities
- Support any training, coaching, and education requirements for supply chain team members and key stakeholders in the forecasting process
- Stay up-to-date with market fluctuations to anticipate demand trends and managing any exceptional demand changes or risks with communication and resolution
- Clarify and simplify what is required to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Contribute actively to the Group Supply Chain team and working closely with the Inventory Planners
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports in relation to demand planning
- Actively support the S&OP process through the integration of systems and processes

- Experience with systems and processes to support our S&OP strategies will be highly regarded
- Prior experience in a demand analysis role, preferably with experience supporting forecasting with key stakeholders

Whilst, not essential, a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management highly regarded.
