- **It is expected that as a team leader you will demonstrate the following aspects**:_
- Above average communication skills, with proficiency in English language both spoken and written.
- Bring a positive atmosphere to the business by supporting other team members, cultivating a team spirit and a sense of working together to see our clients have the highest quality supports and services.
- Have a good working knowledge of the community sector.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or prepare to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Able to make sound decisions.
- Ability to coach other staff members
- **Other essential requirements include**:_
- Minimum for a certificate III (preferably a certificate IV or higher) in community care, individual support, mental health.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a support worker or 12 months as a team leader
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with Children’s Check
- First aid
- A reliable car with registration and insurance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
