**Your Role as Supervisor**:
As a Koko Black Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to support for the leadership team, leading floor operations and setting the tone for excellence. You’ll:

- Deliver an immersive and natural Koko Black customer journey
- Lead the team during service periods, ensuring smooth operations and energy on the floor
- Support the training and capability building of team members
- Ensure exceptional product presentation and create a beautiful, sensorial environment
- Help manage stock, cleanliness and compliance in line with policies
- Celebrate success and keep the team motivated and connected

- You bring experience in retail or hospitality - and love working with people
- You’re a strong communicator who leads by example
