**360 Personnel **are seeking **Personal Care Workers/ AIN's **to join our teams across **multiple locations**. Become part of a renowned **boutique organisation** providing excellence in **aged care, accommodation** and **services** to older Australians.

**What you will need**:

- Experience working within the Aged Care Setting
- Excellent Written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively and calmly in emergency situations.
- Proven ability to work within a team to ensure care is of a high standard.
- Compassionate and caring nature, with a dedication to building strong relationships with residents and their relatives.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care

**Duties may include**:

- Day to day personal care activities providing a high standard of direct care to residents.
- Communicating with residents and their family and friends and other staff in the residence any changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner.
- General nursing care
- Provide outstanding level of care to all residences while promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
- Shifts and varying hours are available for morning, afternoon, and night duty.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
