Our customer who is based in **North Lakes, Qld** is a leading provider of working capital solutions through a merchant cash advance specifically designed for the Australian small and medium business market.

They are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Tele Sales Representative to handle incoming leads and assist in closing deals.

**Role Overview**:
The Junior Tele Sales Representative will play a key role in handling and managing incoming leads generated by brokers and the Business Development Manager (BDM). This individual will work closely with the sales and financing capabilities to ensure a seamless customer experience, respond to inquiries, and assist in closing out generated new business opportunities.

This role is open to **graduates looking to start their career** in sales and capital financing. Industry-specific training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Manage Incoming Leads**: Handle inbound calls and inquiries from brokers and potential clients generated by the BDM, providing product information and answering queries about the company’s capital financing services.
- ** Lead Qualification**: Assess the potential of leads by asking qualifying questions to understand client needs and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- ** Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, drafting proposals, and following up on leads to help progress them through the sales funnel.
- ** Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the BDM to ensure leads are handled efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when needed.
- ** CRM Management**: Accurately log all lead interactions and client details into the system, ensuring up-to-date records for tracking and reporting.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular updates on lead status and performance metrics to the sales manager and contribute to team meetings with insights on lead conversion rates.
- ** Learning & Development**: Industry-specific training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or sales support roles is ideal, but **graduates** looking to start their careers in the sales or finance sectors are also encouraged to apply.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial products clearly and persuasively.
- ** Customer Focus**: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients and partners.
