Inside Australia Travel is a technology enabled travel business that operates a multichannel strategy, selling Australia to international visitors. Our dedicated team of travel specialists curate the best experience for our customers and we are proud to bring Australia to the world
As a Product Specialist you will join our newly established Mooloolaba office. The role has a key focus on working with suppliers, entering their product and information into our reservation system and ensuring our offerings are relevant to our customers. You will have a passion for Australian travel and a high level of attention to detail.
Inside Australia Travel is part of the New Zealand Fine Touring Group which has its head office in Wanaka, New Zealand.
What does the role look like?
Ensuring product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons
Design and construct new products
Assisting with product queries and questions from our sales team
Ensuring our booking system is accurate and up-to-date
Building strong relationships with travel suppliers and identifying new opportunities
Updating client and supplier H&S information
**Requirements**:
A passion for and experience in Australian travel industry
Strong relationship builder
Pro-active can do attitude
Computer skills basic image editing, and data sorting
Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines
