Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for analyzing and reporting on Pacific sales and margin information across all functions within the business, and assisting with the identification and execution of new commercial initiatives that will afford increased profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and distributing regular monthly and weekly sales and margin reports through Excel and Domo.
- Managing Domo, updating cards where necessary and moving the business towards full Domo integration.
- Working with colleagues at all levels of the business to determine new reporting needs and create successful solutions.
- Gather together sales and margin relevant data and analysis that will drive new initiatives and business propositions
- Understand the overall SOP process, support Sales Manager to continue improving on the sales forecast accuracy.
- Upload monthly forecast and yearly budget SOP into PBCS system.
- Support to provide information for sales team target for commission purpose.
- Preparation and collation of Annual Operating Plan / Budget
- Assisting Finance Manager in creation and development of processes and policies to meet TaylorMade Pacific requirements.
- Supporting additional analytical and systems requirements from other TaylorMade Pacific units.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent analytical/numerical skills - including strong attention to detail and Excel skills
- Familiarity accessing data from a database structure.
- The ability to liaise confidently and assertively with all levels within the business
- Independent and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and influence
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Think strategically, synthesize data, identify trends and recommend viable solutions.
- Work on a cross functional team and be a part of a team atmosphere.
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting and have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A/Commercial analyst role.
- CPA/CA Qualification or working towards.
- Business Objects, Oracle Financials and Domo experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Golf industry is highly considered
