**About The Centres**

**Thrive Mount Druitt,** located in Western Sydney is our brand-new purpose-built centre.

The leadership team values the importance of a healthy work/life balance which is shown through their effective teamwork in sharing responsibilities.

**Thrive St Marys** is located on a quiet street in Western Sydney, near public transport.

First opened in 2018, the centre has three rooms for children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years of age and a generous outdoor play space for children to explore.

**Both centres have on-site parking for staff.**

**About The Role**

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide assistance to other educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services qualification
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
