**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Coordinate with estimators to identify required parts and materials for upcoming projects.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and place orders for necessary components.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid delays in project timelines.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with relevant team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Sales Enquiry Management**:

- Receive and log incoming sales inquiries, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Prioritize and distribute inquiries to the appropriate sales or estimating team members.
- Follow up on inquiries to provide updates and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the construction or electrical industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative to address challenges.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Wakerley, QLD.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
