**About the Role**

Our Programs team is focused on providing positive Starlight experiences to all Starlight team members, stakeholders and supporters. We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join the Starlight Programs team and take on the role of Program Coordinator based in our Sydney office. This role is a Part Time ( 4 days a week) position for our 'Ground Control Team' and reports to the Program Manager.

As the Program Coordinator your role is to use your high levels of customer service skills to provide awesome experiences in supporting our employees (your fellow Starlight team members), office visitors and of course all things administration.

A typical week in our Program Coordinators life will look like:

- Being the the go-to for ad-hoc administration support
- Maintaining and restocking office supply orders, including kitchen orders, stationary and printer items
- Booking couriers and distributing mail e.g. craft material etc. (lots of creative & fun orders for the kids in hospitals)
- Providing administrative support to National Managers and specific program areas (e.g. ordering and distributing Captain Starlight costumes nationally)
- Preparing meetings (catering, water, coffee) and set up of video conferencing & clearing rooms after meetings
- Arranging domestic travel & itineraries as required
- Completing monthly expenses reconciliations
- Participating in projects and supporting the programs team

**About You**
- You'll have a strong administrative, customer service, reception or office administration background
- Enthusiastic, authentic and proactive approach is key to the success of the role
- You'll be great with tech, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You're a great communicator and a natural at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have the ability ty to manage multiple priorities calmly within a fast paced environment
- You'll have the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with diplomacy and discretion at all times

**Note**: An exciting part of this role is visiting our Hospital Programs so does require the coordinator to have a drivers license.
