**Description & Requirements**:

- Position Summary
- The Addressable Associate is an entry level position responsible for managing campaigns for Matterkind. These responsibilities will engage the foundational elements of Matterkind’s business across each Addressable media channel including but not limited to display, video, audio, native, and digital OOH.

As an Addressable Associate you will work with Campaign Traders and Client Advisory Teams to manage campaigns for our client’s ensuring delivery and minimum performance metrics are met.
- Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and report on programmatic campaigns _independently_ to a very high standard.
- Strive to achieve a 100% error free rate in campaign set ups ensuring all processes are followed.
- Ensure programmatic campaigns deliver in full.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly reconciliation requirements are met in accordance with timelines
- Optimise campaigns to drive strong performance against campaign KPI.
- Make recommendations on future campaigns based on your analysis of programmatic performance.
- Be proactive in personal development by attending relevant trainings.
- Create strong internal relationships within Mediabrands.
- Desired Skills & Experience
- Preferably a Degree or Bachelors in Media Communications or similar field
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments; you are the type who embraces change and evolution.
