Located within Brisbane CBD, this Law firm works out of a beautiful riverfront office where their passion lies within the Family Law industry. This national firm is on the hunt for a bright and energetic Paralegal to join their experienced team. In this role, you would work side by side with some of the top Family Lawyers in the state, learning off the best whilst picking up good habits that will set you up for the future.
**Your new role**
Working as a Paralegal apart of a close knit, supportive team you will be tasked with providing support on handling a high volume of Family Law files. You will be directly supporting the Solicitors by carrying out Paralegal tasks such as basic drafting for a wide range of legal documents, including divorce, care of children, financial support of children and former partners, and property division.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this Paralegal role, you will have:
- 1 or more years' experience in Paralegal/ Law Clerk/ Legal Administrative roles,
- Be a confident communicator,
- Have experience with legal drafting ideally from Family workloads,
- Strong drive with a genuine interest to progress in your career,
- The ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
