**About the organisation**

Our client is a leading provider of plan management services advocating for choice and control for people living with a disability. Working with support coordinators, providers and wider networks; they provide specialist individualised NDIS budget management.

**About the role**

We are looking for dedicated client relationship consultants who will be responsible for providing a range of administrative level support to ensure high standards of person-centred service delivery and for stakeholders.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Establish and review routine budgets
- Periodically liaise with clients regarding allocation of funding and importance of budgeting
- Produce and distribute monthly budget reports at the request of clients
- Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Accurate maintenance of client records
- Comply with all Work, Health, and Safety policies and procedures
- Comply with NDIS code of conduct

**About you**
- Working With Children Check WA & SA (Willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (essential)
- Previous community services experience (Highly regarded)
- Relevant experience in a customer service environment (call centre desirable)
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to build relationships and provide client-centred service
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility with rostering and availability
