**About the Role**
Join the dedicated team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network as a Cardiovascular Services Secretary and play a vital role in supporting our busy Cardiovascular Service. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, confidential reception and clerical service within the Cardiovascular areas. From managing daily patient bookings and preparing documentation to responding to a wide range of enquiries from patients, families, and hospital staff — your excellent organisational skills and warm, professional manner will help ensure a seamless experience for all.
As a valued member of the administrative team within the Cardiology Unit, you’ll also have opportunities to support your colleagues by stepping into various clerical roles as needed. This is a dynamic and rewarding position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. **About You**
You are an organised, reliable and proactive administrator who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service make you an invaluable part of any team.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and data entry skills with 40-50wpm typing speed.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, office equipment, and computerised systems.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, service excellence and collaborative teamwork.
