Take a look here what it's like to work at Tyro As a Delivery Lead, you will be working day-to-day within the Salesforce delivery team helping to facilitate the flow of work in an Agile environment. This is, from product idea through design-build-test-operate for complex customer focused, business critical processed within the Salesforce platform. You are responsible for keeping multiple stakeholders involved and informed and are willing and able to have difficult conversations when needed with team members or stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Lead delivery teams using Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices and methods - Help facilitate interactions within your team, across your tribe and more broadly with other teams within Tyro - Remove roadblocks and encourage continuous improvement so that your team(s) can deliver as effectively as possible - Focus on and balance the needs of the customer, your team(s) and the Tyro business - Empower your team(s) and ensure a clear a path to make it easier for them to develop a product that customers will love - Coach and mentor your team to better versions of themselves - Manage multiple work streams and forge positive relationships with multiple stakeholder groups - Keep both the long and short term in view, removing bottlenecks in current workflow and preparing for longer term work so that it is ready once the team(s) get to it - Encourage innovation and take managed risks by implementing incremental approaches to deliver - Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and to lead from the front with enthusiasm and energy - Ensure openness, transparency and visibility at all times, where possible Requirement for Success: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or other related field or equivalent work experience - Salesforce BA experience - Experience with the delivery of Salesforce projects - Significant people and team management experience - A passion for technology and software - Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to influence the team towards a united vision and goal * Perks & Benefits* We offer some amazing employee benefits such as a flexible working environment with a mix of in-office and remote working, learning & development opportunities for professional and personal development, 16 weeks paid primary carers leave, 12 weeks paid secondary carers leave, annual team based volunteer day, novated leasing, social events which includes multiple craft beer kegs (selection of beers carefully selected by our beer connoisseurs), wide selection of wine, variety of snacks and a ping pong table, selection of board and video games and many more **Our Story** Launching in 2003, Tyro has grown to become Australia’s largest EFTPOS provider of all ADIs outside the big four banks.
