What We’re Looking For

We need a hands-on, proactive manager who thrives on leading by example. This role combines leadership with fieldwork—guiding our team while actively participating in delivering top-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled window cleaners.

Work alongside the team regularly to ensure high standards and build strong camaraderie.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Implement and refine systems to optimize workflows and improve performance.

Manage schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely service delivery.

Support sales and quoting processes, minimizing your need for onsite quotes.

Work with reception to Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions with professionalism.

About You

Proven experience in a leadership or operations role, preferably in the window cleaning industry OR At least 5 years of window cleaning or house washing experience and ready to level up.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team when needed.

Solution-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.

A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

A valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
