**About the Role**
The Enrolled Nurse will be employed to work in either the Acute Operations, Sub-acute, or Residential Nursing Service Directorates. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to providing high-quality, patient/resident-focused care. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of holistic care and maintaining the standard of nursing care in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer nursing care in consultation with the Registered Nurse.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high standards of nursing care and service delivery.
- Participate in patient/resident-focused care under Registered Nurse supervision.
- Perform nursing functions in accordance with your level of competence and educational preparation.
- Support the clinical unit’s management to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Contribute to quality healthcare and continuous professional development.

**Skills & Experience**
- Eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills appropriate to experience level.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to use Information Communication Technology.
