We are posting an advertisement for our client, Luna Café, Terrigal. We're looking for a passionate Café Manager who's eager to lead our team and be an integral part of our community-focused success story.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating all daily front and back of house café operations
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Rostering staff taking into consideration staff availability and planning for busy periods
- Selecting, supervising and training staff
- Maintaining a no complaint policy
- Taking reservations, greeting guests and taking orders
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees and sales representatives to make improvements and developments for the business
- Maintaining the safety of all team members through safe work practice
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction
**To be eligible for this role**:
- Qualifications in management or hospitality management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to positively lead a team and supervise staff.
- Have excellent communication skills.
Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
