**About You**
- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
- Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License

**The Role**
**-**Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
- Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
- Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
