**The Position**

**St John of God Mt Lawley** is a 205 bed private hospital located on the banks of the Swan River. We are a major provider of Rehabilitation and surgical services across Western Australia. We have vast experience delivering inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation to both public and private patients. Our services are supported by a team of experienced leaders, nurses, allied health and medical caregivers.
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service superstar to join our team as
- **Café Host**. As an Café allrounder, you would engage well with café customers and function attendees by delivering a high standard of hospitality and service whilst operating in a timely manner.
- Barista Experience and Functions experience is highly regarded.
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced food and beverage environment.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including own team and customers.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- A high standard of personal presentation and punctuality.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities, be adaptable to changing demands and meet multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated food handling skills including an awareness of food hygiene standards.
- A willingness to learn new coffee and food production skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of safe basic manual handling principles.
- Must be available for a range of shifts (morning and afternoon) across a 7 day operation.
