**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

We are seeking a trade-qualified and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join the NSW Facilities Team at our brand-new Kingsford building.

As the Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day and long-term facilities management across the allocated brand-new Kingsford asset. The Facilities Supervisor role acts as a point of on-the-ground escalation for day-to-day reactive and longer-term preventative maintenance across the allocated assets, including supervision of services partners in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.

This is a growing team, where the Facilities Supervisor will be required to grow their team of Facilities Technicians, provide leadership support, specifically in rostering, training, and technical facilities support.

To be successful you will have:

- A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification is desired.
- Previous experience working with third-party contractors (desirable)
- An understanding of general building services i.e., fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and vertical transport
- Worked in a position managing a team where you have had to take a high level of responsibility
- Be proactive, committed and with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents
- Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures
- Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tasks

**Please note: Shifts are from 10 am to 6.00 pm**

**There may be some Saturdays and occasional Sundays and public holidays**
