**The Role**
Mineral Resources Limited are currently seeking an Apprentice Master to assist with the end to end coordination of Apprentices, Trainees and Work Experience Students across the business.
Working across our metro workshops and operational sites, this role is vital in ensuring the success of our early career programs by providing the best learning experience possible.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop, improve, and grow our Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs
- Responsible for supporting Apprentices, Trainees and Work Experience Students across the business
- The focal point of contact for first to fourth year Apprentices across our metro workshops and operational sites
- Provide end-end mentoring and coaching services and support to Apprentices and Trainees, including knowing when and who to refer to in regards to issues outside of appropriate mentoring
- Being a strong source of knowledge and guidance to leadership around apprentice needs and appropriate interventions, initiatives, and ways to support
- Identify and build relationships with the appropriate external support bodies and agencies that govern, support and develop apprentices
- Work with Managers and Supervisors to ensure Apprentices and Trainees undertake all of the core and mandatory training and administration requirements for their nominated trade qualification
- Conduct regular on-site visits with Apprentices, Trainees and Work Experience Students to ensure wellbeing and that all milestones are being met in a timely manner
- Ensuring a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone
**Your Experience & Skills**
- Strong understanding of VET pathways
- Experience working with RTO’s and knowledge of the training environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for seeing others succeed
- Experience in supporting the training and development of employees to move them towards more effective ways of operating
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating, reporting, and consulting with leadership around performance
