We exist for better days inspired by iconic flavour. It’s been three decades since Allpress set up their first independent coffee cart, buying a second-hand roaster and embarking on a bold entrepreneurial journey fueled by passion and the search for great flavour. Our little coffee cart helped introduce specialty coffee to New Zealand and changed the drinking habits of a nation. Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafés in the world.

**About the role**

Our Roastery is the heart of the business and is run by a crew who are hardworking, no fuss and passionate about coffee. On any day you will help the team:

- Roast and pack coffee beans.
- Pack and prepare online orders.
- Complete van runs to deliver products to our customers as well. Ensuring the very best Allpress experience by relaying any issues back to our Tech, Training or Customer service teams.
- Maintain the tidiness of the roastery and warehouse.

**About you**

Ideally you'll be coming from a Warehousing or Hospitality background and have a passion for specialty coffee. You'll be a team player with great communication skills and have:

- A positive, collaborative nature and a friendly disposition
- Demonstrated experience in warehousing and/or packaging line operations
- Hospitality or other customer service experience
- Experience and/or passion for specialty coffee
- A driver’s license is a must ( bonus points for a manual license)
- A forklift license is a bonus
