**Total Tools Ipswich** is looking for a **Full Time Retail Sales Associate,** who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

**What will you be doing?**
- Greet customers in store
- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
- Processing and maintaining customer orders
- Reach and exceed sales targets
- Provide a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OH&S guidelines, keeping areas clean and tidy

- Previous retail and/or trade experience - you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must

**Hours of work**:
Applicant must be available to work weekdays, weekends, some public holiday work and will be required to work as standard roster as outlined below.
- 10 Day fortnight roster - working every second weekend, with an RDO each week.
- 9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays
- 8:00am - 4:00pm Saturdays
- 9:00am - 2:00pm Sundays and public holidays
