Recycling is a big part of our service philosophy, using recycled parts for loose play and construction, and up-cycling resources to give them a new lease on life. Play’s Kool invests in loyalty and commitment to educators through professional development. We believe that by equipping our educators fully with the tools required, they can in turn become successful in their roles and create the highest quality environments and programs for children attending our services. Must be lateral thinker with a strong ability to relate to the children under her tutelage and also parents but importantly as the Room Leader, must lead a team of support staff to deliver positive and educational learning experiences. The successful applicant will:

Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully contribute to every element of the National Quality Standards.
Have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
A sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations, Legislation and Law.
Have a current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).
Have a current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
Have obtained Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
