We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance person to join our team, at the Aveo Veronica Gardens Retirement Village, located in Northcote, VIC.

**About the role**:

- **Full-time position - Monday-Friday**:

- You will attend to various gardening & maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise directly with staff to ensure tasks & projects undertaken are safe and timely
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
- Complete adhoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly

**About you**:

- Experience in a Trade, General Maintenance, Handy skills and Gardening skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- A friendly person willing to go the extra mile for the residents
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations
