**About the Role**

Biniris is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Cleaner** to join our team in the **Hobart CBD**. This is an evening-based role, working Monday to Friday, with approximately 17 hours per week. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General cleaning of designated areas (dusting, mopping, scrubbing, etc.)
- Manual handling and occasional lifting of equipment
- Removing rubbish and waste from internal bins
- Operating cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums
- Cleaning and restocking of toilet and kitchen facilities

- Strong time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and well-presented appearance
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- The ability to travel to and from Hobart CBD after hours

**Requirements**:

- Ability to obtain a **National Police Clearance**:

- Comfortable wearing **PPE**, including face masks, when required
