**Role Overview**:
We're seeking an experienced retail manager to lead an established store in Northam. As the Store Manager, you'll have autonomy in managing all aspects of the business, including team development, merchandising, stock control, and achieving results.

- Retail management experience leading teams of 8+
- Self-motivated and energetic individual
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about customer service and store standards
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
