Due to customer growth, our Mt Thorley branch is looking for a Field Service Technician to join the embedded team at HVO MARC. The position is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

As a Field Service Technician at Komatsu you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Did you know Komatsu is an RTO? This means we are able to support your learning with a range of courses including trade upgrades and the best news is you're paid to do it. We also provide a tool of trade vehicle, phone and laptop/tablet and uniforms/PPE for all our employees.

**Roster**: Lifestyle Roster (4/5/5/4) mix of day and nightshift with 30% nightshift loading and all overtime paid at double time

**Role Located**: UWJV embedded site-based crew

**Annualised Approx Wage**: $153k (Base + Super + site allowance + nightshift loading + overtime at double time + car + phone + uniforms)

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by your mechanical fitter qual (HD Mechanic/Fitter)
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, will also be highly regarded within the construction and mining sector.
- A minimum of C class Licence
- Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded.
- Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
