Our client is seeking
**TWO** self-motivated and devoted
**Clinical Care Managers** to oversee the clinical operations of a
**129-bed modern Aged Care facility** located in
**Reservoir, North Melbourne.**

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager of a large, modern Aged Care residence.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 129-bed Aged Care facility in Reservoir, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
