**We are looking for**

Legends that lead from the front, set the floor alight and push customer service to new levels;
Sound experience in a similar role within a fast paced venue;
Excellent and witty communicators with solid food and beverage knowledge;
Enthusiastic, hardworking and honest professionals who are on point with trends, creative and engaging;
Solution seekers who are able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure;
Hospitality availability (available to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends);
Competence in performing day to day responsibilities - management of FOH staff, education and training of staff, administration, menu consultation and planning, on and off-premise beverage sales, management of reservations and guest enquiries, function and event planning (coordination and delivery), coordination of venue maintenance and improvement, detailed reporting, coordination of stocktakes, adherence to budgets, implementation of OHS guidelines and RSA.

A good attitude and willingness to learn will go a long way for someone with limited experience
