**About the organisation**

The organisation are a national therapy & allied health service provider who deliver a range a of high-quality & life-changing services to clients of all ages with a disability & other conditions/syndromes. They are currently experiencing some very strong organisational growth and as such require a dedicated & highly skilled PBS practitioner to join their multidisciplinary team in Metro Perth.

**About the role**

The organisation are looking for an experienced and engaging Behaviour Support Consultant, proficient or above to join their highly regarded and diverse team to develop and deliver evidence based support plans within a complex support space.

Within this role you will be required to ensure that your NDIS clients goals are met using the positive behaviour support framework, making sure that these plans will promote their quality of life.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA or AASW)
- Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed at being at proficient or above level as a PBS practitioner
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans
