**Production Workers - Window Furnishings (Full-Time)**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our growing team in the window furnishing industry. This is a full-time role with hands-on training provided.

You will be involved in the processing and welding of fabrics for the production of high-quality awnings and blinds. Working directly with management, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering top workmanship and service.

**Key Duties**:
Fabric handling, cutting, and welding. Operating machinery used in blind/awning production. Working with fabric and components to complete orders. Ensuring quality control and attention to detail. Supporting team targets and workflow priorities. Medium lifting involved (fabric rolls, hardware)

**What We’re Looking For**:
Must have full work rights in Australia.

No experience necessary - full training provided. A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Previous experience with machinery or sewing is a bonus. Good communication skills and a team-first mindset. Physically fit and capable of medium lifting

**We Offer**:
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
