**Commencing July 2025**

Norwest Christian College is currently seeking to appoint gifted and energetic **Sports Coaches**to assist with leading and training our students to compete in the Hill Zone Sports Association competition.

**Your Role**:
We are currently looking for casual sports coaches for the following sports
- Football
- Touch Football
- Futsal
- Cricket
- Volleyball
- Basketball

**About you**:

- Provide coaching and feedback in a positive and respectful manner.
- Set high expectations for athlete behaviour, language, and sportsmanship.
- Support players in developing respect for game officials and their decisions.
- Ensure all coaching and game instructions adhere to school and HZSA guidelines.
- Ensure all players receive adequate instruction, and support, providing opportunities for improvement.
- Consider the future wellbeing of athletes when making decisions about their ability to continue competing or training, seeking professional medical opinions as necessary.
