**Description**:
Tasks & Responsibilities
Providing pricing & quotations for new and existing customers
Ensure all installation & maintenance activities are completed in accordance with policies, processes, and procedures
Deliver installation projects
Resolve any service issues with hire items on site
Coordinate transport activities for equipment collection and delivery
Obtain quotes for repair and prioritise & arrange the completion of repairs
Provide technical and pricing support to internal stakeholders
Monitor the completion of installations at site level
Utilise system reporting capability
Build & maintain strong working relations with key suppliers & contractors
Ensure security of branch and associated assets
**Skills and Experiences**:
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 + years relevant experience managing installation projects, in equipment rental or an industrial environment
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
- Strong experience in estimation, pricing, and cost control
- Confident communicator
- Experience coordinating and managing transport & logistics
- Ability to successfully manage contractors and suppliers
