**The Opportunity**

Our Acacia Ridge facility is looking for a MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER in our Processing and Logistics team based in Queensland. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20 team members working with the manufacturing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our QLD Customers.

In this fast-paced site that handles over 500,000 tonnes of steel per year, you will have direct impact on the delivery performance of BlueScope Australian Steel Products.

You will join a well-established, professional team, working on a rotating 12-hour shift roster (2 days/2 nights - 4 off), Monday to Sunday. **What Will You Do?**

You will demonstrate your leadership skills and be responsible for:

- leading the shift operations team to achieve business targets and ensure operations are within standards
- supervising and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
- ensure safety standards and operating costs are adhered to, making suitable changes when risks and opportunities are identified
- supervising the operational activities and striving for business improvements and manufacturing excellence
- growing and mentoring your team to develop and enhance their performance and capability
