**Role and responsibilities**:

- Engage children with thoughtfully planned and age-appropriate activities.
- Build strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe and caring atmosphere for all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's developmental progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance program activities.
- Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.

**To be successful, you must**:

- Have completed a Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childcare course
- Have a genuine love and passion for providing the best child care possible
- Have excellent communication skills with the children, parents and staff members
- Hold a valid WWCC and first aid Cert (or willing to obtain)
